Conditions for return of goods, money

If are not satisfied with quality of the delivered goods and wish to return them back or change, please inform us by e-mail or by telephone +370 618 18507 not later than within 24 hours after the delivery moment.

Money for the returned goods will be transferred to your bank account, from which the payment was made, not later than within 5 (five) business days after the date of return of goods. In case if you return back or change high-quality goods meeting your order, delivery fee shall not be returned back or compensated.

Personal data management

The Seller hereby undertakes to respect privacy of the Consumer. Personal data of the Consumer shall be managed only in accordance with the procedure established in the Privacy Policy and legal acts of the European Union.
